Italian Market Festival

There was a lot of interesting and good food at the Italian Market Festival this year. But this one was definitely the most interesting to me. It smelled SO good!

    In Louisiana, this is called "cochon de lait" and it's the best! Great picture!

    very interesting. pigs are my favorite animal-- so I don't know if I could eat any of that!
