30th Street Station

Through a series of unfortunate events (including my husband leaving his car keys, our only car keys, at work, as well as running in the pouring rain) we ended up at 30th street station last Saturday so we could catch the train out to Lansdale. This is the view from the 30th street station platform! Mind the gap!

Subruban Station

I think the sign at Suburban Station is really retro-cool. This train station is actually in Center City Philadelphia, not in the suburbs as the name implys!

I dont really know what that dot is, but I know these is something wrong with my camera. Not sure what to do about it.

This is Boathouse Row along the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.  I love this area because each house is painted and designed slightly different from the others and at night they are all lit up with twinkle lights which is so pretty!  This shot was taken from the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) and of course I was not driving!!  (P.S.- its pronounced like skoo-kul, not school-kill) :-)

Car Show, take 2

This is my favorite picture I took at the car show!  This is a view you see coming down the elevator from the exotic car section to the Mercedes/Lexus area.  My husband really loves cars so I just took tons of pictures at the show & wanted to share them!

Philly Fiat

The Philly Fiat was featured at the Philadelphia car show!  I took lots of cool pictures at the car show so you may see another one or two coming up. (the car show goes through Feb 7)

Trains

 This is my first picture, taken on the train platform from my work back into Philly.  I feel this is a good first picture, because it welcomes everyone into Philly!
