You asked how to install the CDP link and dynamic search box: In CDP (make sure you're logged in or you won't see this), go to My Account > My Account Home > Tools (Blog Authors Links column). It lists instructions for various blog concerns, including the dynamic link and search. Just read and follow the instructions carefully. I don't know if the instructions for WP and Blogger are different though. Probably not because there are several who use WP in CDP. Hope this helps!
